Movie Star Dresses – want a Marilyn, a Rita or a Bette?

We got very excited here at BB HQ when the press pack for Jarlo dropped into our inbox. How utterly adorable is their Spring Summer 2010 collection of dresses – all with movie star names!

The stunning model in this picture (above) is wearing the Marilyn from the ‘Cat On A Hot Tin Roof’ collection  – a beautiful floral dress combining two trends- corsetry and bodycon. And the best bit is this beautiful bombshell-worthy dress retails at just £58.

If your prefer something a little stronger, then how about the aptly named Bette (left), after feisty bombshell Bette Davis, a bold, checked dress with a softer edge in the puff-sleeved detail. The Bette is also £58.

And if something kinda cute and bright is your thing, then look no further than the Rita (right) – we think Rita Hayworth would have loved the bold colours in this chambray floral – and definitely the red belt. It retails at £60 and is perfect night or day – with heels or bowling shoes for a true 1950s look!
